My Game Picks

Here are some of my favorite indie games.

Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors may seem simple at first, but there is a surprising amount of depth behind its gameplay. I find the progression and combat extremely satisfying, and I’m especially impressed by how well optimized the game is considering the huge number of enemies, projectiles, and effects that can appear on screen at once. It has great replayability, and while most of the DLCs are fairly short, they add plenty of fun characters and weapons to experiment with. It’s the kind of game I can easily spend hours playing.

Brotato

Brotato

Brotato is probably one of the games I’ve played the most. The possible synergies between weapons and items are incredibly fun to experiment with, and I really enjoy how each character offers a different way to play. There’s always a new build or strategy to try. The Abyssal Terrors DLC is a must for me to get the most out of what the game has to offer. It’s also a perfect game to relax and unwind with.

Slay the Spire

Slay the Spire

When it comes to synergies, Slay the Spire is a master of them. The game offers a really interesting deck-building system combined with challenging difficulty levels that make every run rewarding. I’ve always enjoyed turn-based games, but building and playing a deck adds another layer of strategy that makes the gameplay especially engaging.

Vampire Crawlers

Vampire Crawlers

Vampire Crawlers was a complete surprise for me. As a big fan of Vampire Survivors, this card-based take on the formula instantly became something special. The gameplay is incredibly satisfying, especially when putting together powerful combos and synergies. There’s a lot to experiment with, and some situations require real thought to overcome. It’s strategic, rewarding, and extremely addictive.
